On April 1, 2015, the State of Delaware Professional Standards Board (PSB) approved of teacher candidates completing either the edTPA or the PPAT for Delaware licensure effective July 1, 2016. The edTPA and PPAT satisfy the exit performance assessment requirement in Senate Bill 51. The PSB will start working on a regulation about this requirement, including the cut scores for passing the exit performance assessment.
