The President’s Commission to Promote Racial and Cultural Diversity announced that Dr. Melva Ware has been selected to receive the Louis Redding Diversity Award. This is in recognition of her work for the Delaware Center for Teacher Education, the University of Delaware and the State of Delaware through the ASPIRE, GEARUP and other programs. President Harker will present the award at the Redding Lecture on Thursday, March 18th at 4 p.m. in the Trabant Student Center.
