Delaware Gov. Jack Markell recognized four graduating University of Delaware seniors, including twin sisters, for achieving the highest grade point index earned in full-time study toward a University degree, during Commencement ceremonies May 29 in Delaware Stadium. Recognized were  twins Jessica Jay Marshall and Shannon Shay Marshall, both of Martinsville, N.J., who both received an Honors bachelor of arts with a double major in psychology education and foreign languages and literatures.  Read more….
