UD Alumnus Caulk to Lead Kentucky’s Fayette County Public Schools

On August 3rd, UD alumnus Emmanuel Caulk became the first African American superintendent of the Fayette County Public Schools in Kentucky.  Caulk obtained his elementary teacher education degree and a master’s degree in instruction from UD and has held a wide range of supervisory positions in schools in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and Maine.
