Stephen C. Goodwin, associate professor in the Department of Behavioral Health and Nutrition at the University of Delaware, has been named a fellow of the American School Health Association. He was recognized at ASHA’s annual conference in Louisville, Ky., on Oct. 12.
The association credited Goodwin with “work[ing] tirelessly to promote good health in Delaware.” He was cited for his efforts with the Delaware Department of Education on a number of initiatives, most notably working on the state physical education standards. Read more …
